You have the right to return the products you purchased and request their replacement only in the following cases:

In all cases, the product to be replaced must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase. a. Contact the Online Store on the same day or the next business day

b. in case of change of the product within 15 days with another or others up to the amount of the price or with an additional price or withdrawal within 14 days in accordance with article 5 par. 10 of law 2251/1994, the product must not have been used

c. the product must be accompanied by all the necessary documents proving the transaction (e.g. DAT, Retail Account, etc.)

In addition, we inform you that in the event that the product you ordered, while it is available, is sold out during the time between the order and the receipt of the order by our staff, then our Company must contact you within a reasonable period of time to arrange the course of your order which will include either a refund or a change of the ordered item.

In the case of a return due to your own fault, we inform you that you are responsible for the return shipping costs for the product you are returning.

Returns are not accepted during sales periods.

Ακύρωση της παραγγελίας δύναται να γίνει στις κάτωθι περιπτώσεις : Πριν ολοκληρωθεί η παραγγελία, κατά τη διάρκεια της ηλεκτρονικής διαδικασίας της παραγγελιάς μπορείτε να κάνετε πίσω «back» και να αφαιρέσετε τις ποσότητες των προϊόντων από το καλάθι σας πατώντας στο κουμπί ” Αφαίρεση”. Εάν έχει ολοκληρωθεί η ηλεκτρονική παραγγελία αλλά δεν έχει αποσταλεί ακόμα το προϊόν μπορείτε να καλέστε το 2710 222071 και ένας συνεργάτης μας θα αναλάβει την ακύρωσή της παραγγελιάς σας.
